Hi buddy! That's something we say to each other. I would always say it to you and now you've picked it up. I'll be in the other room and hear "hiii bud-dddy" or "hii d-ad-dddyyyy"! It's adorable! Adorable isn't even a good enough word for it!
It's Christmas time again! We just put up our tree yesterday. I bought it last year so that we would have a family Christmas tree, and last year was the first Christmas it was up. You were only NINE MONTHS old then, though, and not even walking without great assistance, so you probably don't remember it. Now you are TWENTY ONE months old, almost two! You are running around everywhere and climbing on everything! You seem to enjoy your toy cars, motorcycles, and let's not forget, BUBBLE GUPPIES!!! You LOVE bubble guppies! We like it too! The first words out of your mouth in the morning is "Guppies!" and "Gummies"! (Your SmartyPants gummies that you love!)
So, hey, not to spoil the surprise because you won't be reading this for awhile but we got you tons of presents this year too, including lots of Bubble Guppies stuff! We hope you enjoy them! You already have a Bubble Guppies coloring book that you seem to love, and a Bubble Guppies holiday lift-the-flap book that you enjoy.
Oh, what else to say about such an indescribably adorable and smart growing little boy? You HAVE to have the Wii U gamepad on or your day is just NOT complete. You run over and power it on and get mad if we turn it off. You love the dog (even though he is a snot and acts like he's too good for you or something) and the kitties (who love you and rub against you). Today I was calling Stryker and you chimed in with "Stwyyykaaa!!!" trying to get him to come over.
You still like to read but you seem to be watching more and more TV which your mom is concerned about. It used to be you barely payed attention to the TV but you loved to read. Now you still like to read but you really like the TV too. I'm not too concerned because I just see it as your little brain developing and getting more inclusive of things. We have all your life to gripe at you for being on the TV (or God knows what gadgets that will be around when you are a teenager)
In closing, here come the holidays and I hope you love every minute of them, even if you don't remember it a bit! I love you!
